"La Tertulia Popular" is a murga from the city of San Carlos, created in 2021 by a group of friends, most of whom had never participated in carnival before. They achieved 5th place in the departmental competition and were recognized as the regional murga revelation. Their show was titled "Gente en Obra" (People at Work).
