Salvadora is an independent publishing house in Montevideo, working to promote works of Uruguayan dramaturgy written by female authors. Inspired by the figure of Salvadora Medina Onrubia, an anarchist playwright and journalist of Argentine origin, the publishing house emerged as a response to the need for access to specialized publications in performing arts, including dramaturgy, history, and theory.
Since 2018, I have been collaborating with the project by designing collections, from the layout of the works – with the care and intricacies required for dramaturgy editing – to creating the covers for each work and the collection as a whole system.

The collection of contemporary dramaturgy, "Una mujer se asoma a la ventana," aims to provide a platform for young female authors active in the field. So far, it comprises three volumes with a total of five works, some of which have been staged in theaters across the country and continue to be in production. Josefina Trías' play "Terrorismo Emocional" from this collection won the Florencio Sánchez Award for Best Actress and secured 1st place in the Dramaturgy category of the 2020 MEC Literature Award.
